1) Review Customer Service Terms and Conditions. By purchasing any product(s) on this website, the purchaser acknowledges that he/she has reviewed all terms and conditions and consents to them.
2) Guarantee and Return Policy: All items are guaranteed shipped free from defects. Upon receiving a return authorization no., all items (except "Special Order Items", Photoconductor Drums/Cartridges/Units and Service Literature) may be returned unopened within 15 days of receipt for credit minus 15% restocking charge. Note: The Shipping Cost on all items returned for any reason other than defective merchandise is nonrefundable.
3) In the event any [copier] item is to be returned, YOU MUST contact Advanced Copy Products prior to its return. In the event you fail to obtain preauthorization, you will not receive credit for the return.
4) In the event that any check used to pay for a purchace is returned, a $25 Returned Check Fee will be issued.
5) All orders are assumed to be placed in the State of Oregon. The law of the State of Oregon shall apply when construing or enforcing this transaction, and Washington County, Oregon shall be the venue for any legal proceeding arising out of this transaction.
6) In the event of a dispute regarding this purchase, in the event suit or action is instituted to enforce any provisions thereof, Advanced Copy Products, Inc. assumes no responsibility for the challenging party's attorney's fees.
