Upon receiving a return authorization no., all items (except "Special Order Items", Photoconductor Drums/Cartridges/Units and Service Literature) may be returned unopened within 15 days of receipt for credit minus 15% restocking charge. Note: The Shipping Cost on all items returned for any reason other than defective merchandise is nonrefundable.
