YOU MUST RETAIN THE ORIGINAL OUTSIDE SHIPPING CONTAINER AS WELL AS THE INNER PACKING MATERIAL AND THE BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEM FOR INSPECTION BY UNITED PARCEL SERVICE. FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY SHIPPERS OTHER THAN UPS CONTACT ADVANCE COPY PRODUCTS, INC. WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. RETAIN SHIPPING CONTAINER, PACKING MATERIAL, AND ITEMS FOR ADJUSTMENT.
